Vicente's work began with a simple observation: when Artificial Intelligence disappoints, the breakdown rarely starts with the technology. It starts earlier — in unclear thinking, unstructured communication, and ungoverned implementation. The machine answered the question it was given, not the question that was meant.
That observation became a discipline. Instead of teaching tools that expire with every product cycle, Vicente builds cognitive frameworks — structured ways of thinking and communicating that hold up no matter which technologies emerge. This work grew into the RUTA™ Cognitive Engine, a complete methodology for taking people from understanding AI to implementing it with confidence.
